PITFORM
Cars and attendees gathered at a car meet

Clear pricing for the car show you actually run.

Free shows can stay free. Standard paid events have a Pitform platform fee confirmed before setup, with Stripe processing kept separate. Larger shows, club calendars, and support-heavy events are priced with you before setup begins.

Free Event

$0

Pitform platform fee

For events where every registration or ticket type is free. Free tickets and comped registrations still create event records without Pitform platform fees.

Standard Event

Confirmed

Platform fee; Stripe separate

For paid shows with a clear ticket mix and standard setup needs. Fee handling is confirmed during setup based on the event and ticket mix.

Custom Event

Custom

Quote before setup

For multi-day shows, recurring club calendars, large vendor or sponsor programs, imports, training, event-day support, or custom reporting needs.

Standard Event

Simple pricing for the paid event most teams run.

Standard Event pricing is for paid shows with a clear ticket mix and standard setup needs. Every event starts with a demo or setup conversation, and paid sales open after Stripe and event setup are confirmed.

  • Pitform platform fee confirmed before setup
  • Stripe processing is separate
  • Fee handling confirmed around the ticket mix
  • Buyer-paid or organizer-absorbed fee handling reviewed during setup
  • Paid ticket types require confirmed Stripe setup

Why we price the event, not just the ticket.

Car shows do not stop at checkout. Tickets, vehicles, staff admission, QR voting, refunds, results, and exports need to stay connected before event day.

Ticket mix

Display entries, admission, VIP, vendors, sponsors, comps, promo codes, free tickets, and paid tickets all affect setup.

Event-day pressure

Ticket admission, walk-ups, check-in stations, QR display codes, and event staff access need to work while cars are arriving.

Closeout

Refunds, cancellations, voting, winners, ticket status, payment records, and exports need to stay connected after the field clears.

Why Pitform works better for car shows.

Generic platforms can sell tickets. Pitform keeps the car show connected from registration and ticketing through admission, check-in, voting, refunds, results, and exports.

Pricing is confirmed before setup

Free, Standard, or Custom is agreed before anyone starts building the event.

Standard pricing is confirmed

Standard Events confirm the Pitform platform fee, Stripe setup, and fee handling before paid sales open.

Stripe processing stays separate

The Pitform platform fee and Stripe processing are kept clear.

Event-day work stays connected

Ticket admission, check-in, walk-ups, voting, and results stay tied to the show.

Closeout does not become cleanup

Refunds, winners, ticket status, payment records, and exports stay connected after the field clears.

Pricing questions organizers usually ask.

The short version: free events can stay free, Standard Events confirm pricing before setup, and Custom Events are priced around larger or more complex operations.

What counts as a Standard Event?

A Standard Event is a paid show with a clear ticket mix and standard setup needs. Pricing depends on event size, ticket mix, support needs, and whether fees are passed to buyers or absorbed by the organizer.

How is Standard Event pricing confirmed?

Pitform confirms the platform fee before setup begins, then reviews Stripe readiness, ticket setup, and fee handling before paid sales open.

Can buyers or organizers cover fees?

Yes. Fee handling is confirmed during setup based on the event and ticket mix. Some events pass fees to buyers; others absorb fees on the organizer side.

Is Stripe processing included?

No. Stripe processing is separate and is not included in the Pitform platform fee.

What makes an event Custom?

Custom Event pricing applies when a show is larger, recurring, multi-day, sponsor-heavy, vendor-heavy, or needs imports, training, event-day support, custom reporting, special exports, or custom classes, judging, or voting rules.

What ticketing capabilities are included?

Pitform supports free and paid ticket types, display registration, non-display admission, promo and comp flows, signed ticket QR links, My Account ticket access, staff ticket admission, refunds, cancellations, resend, ticket status, and event exports.

Can every paid organization launch immediately?

No. Paid sales open after Stripe and event setup are confirmed. The launch review covers the connected account, ticket setup, checkout path, and the operational pieces needed before buyers can register.

Do I need a demo before using Pitform?

Yes. Pitform is not self-serve for organizers at launch. Every event starts with a demo or setup conversation so we can confirm the event shape, pricing path, and setup needs before anything goes live.

Are there monthly fees or setup fees?

Standard Events do not use a public monthly plan. If a show needs setup or support beyond the Standard Event shape, we price that as Custom Event work before setup begins.

What if my event grows beyond Standard Event?

If the event needs larger-scale operations, recurring support, custom reporting, imports, training, event-day support, or complex vendor and sponsor setup, we price it as a Custom Event before setup begins.

What happens if my event is free?

If every registration or ticket type is free, the event has a $0 Pitform platform fee.

How it starts

No organizer has to build the event alone.

Pitform is assisted from the first conversation. We confirm the pricing path, configure the operating pieces, and review setup before launch.

01

Request a demo

Send the event size, ticket mix, timing, and the parts of the show you need Pitform to run.

02

Confirm the pricing path

We confirm whether Free Event, Standard Event, or Custom Event pricing fits before setup begins.

03

Review setup before launch

Pitform helps configure the event, then confirms Stripe, ticket setup, public pages, and event-day operating paths before paid sales open.

Price the show before you build it.

Send the event size, ticket mix, Stripe/payment needs, and support needs. We will tell you which pricing path fits before setup begins.
